When you create an account, we collect your email and the password you set (stored as a salted hash, never in plaintext). If you use our AI chat with Versi, we keep the chat history tied to your account so you can return to past conversations. We also collect basic analytics — pages visited, anonymized IP, browser type — to understand how the platform is used.

Your data powers the product: account info lets you sign in, chat history feeds Versi's context for follow-up questions, and analytics help us prioritize what to build next. We send transactional emails (password resets, account changes) but no marketing emails unless you opt in. We never sell or rent your data.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your locale and theme. We use Google Analytics with anonymized IPs to measure traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the sign-in and locale settings won't persist between visits.

PredictVersi is built on top of services that each handle a slice of your data: - Sofascore — match and lineup data (no personal info shared) - OpenWeather — match-time weather (no personal info shared) - Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf - Cloudflare R2 — stores images and assets - Railway — hosts our application and database Each provider has its own privacy practices we encourage you to review.

AI chat sessions are kept for 90 days, then auto-deleted unless you've saved them. Account data persists while your account is active — delete your account and we erase your profile, chats, and saved items within 30 days. Transactional email logs are kept for 1 year for fraud and abuse review.

If you're in the EU, EEA, or UK, GDPR gives you specific rights: - Access — request a copy of the data we hold - Rectification — correct anything that's wrong - Erasure — delete your account and associated data - Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format - Restriction — pause processing in specific cases Email us to exercise any of these. We respond within 30 days.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before they hit the database. The database itself is encrypted at rest, and all traffic between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS. We rotate access credentials regularly and follow the principle of least privilege — only people who need access have it.

PredictVersi is intended for users 18 and older — the legal minimum age for sports betting in most jurisdictions. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it immediately.

Some links to bookmakers on PredictVersi are affiliate links — if you sign up through them, we may earn a referral fee at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect our predictions, our reviews, or which bookmakers we recommend. We only partner with operators we'd use ourselves.

We update this policy when we add new features, change vendors, or improve how we explain things. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page and, when relevant, communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
